We have been operating our business on the internet for about three years now. Our sites are complex and serve as 'stores' for the sale of our products. In the past, we have had the widespread and frustrating experience of going through a number of 'webmasters' over this period. The problems of unreliability, lack of technical knowledge, and lack of any quality design ability are all too frequent in this field.
It has been a great relief to have come upon Visia. They have been exceptionally creative in their design of our three current sites and have been immediately available to answer questions, make updates, and deal with any problems that may crop up from a technical standpoint.
